Q: Can I wear these more than once?

A: Yes! They are reusable just make sure you are careful when you remove them from your hair & store them where they won't tangle.

Q: Can I use my curling/flat iron on them?

A: NO! These are synthetic hair & WILL melt with the use of high heat.

Q: Can I wear these while in water?

A: It is not advisable to swim, bathe or submerge your ponytails while wearing.

Q: Do you come to parties/events?

A: Yes! We can be booked for special events, email us for more information.

Q: Do you make custom colors for special events/fan spirit wear/themed parties?

A: Yes! With a deposit for the custom colors we can make just about any color combination you can dream up!

Q: What if a rubber band breaks?

A: We can not guarantee the rubber bands won't break, if you happen to break one, you can try to repair it yourself or email us to see if we can talk you through adding a new rubber band to your ponytail.
